Payment
Terms and Conditions
The minimum
billable period is for an 8-hour commitment only. Availability
of a particular consulting resource is subject to current scheduling and personnel commitments. Pricing
does not include travel related expenses. Travel expense
estimates provided upon request.
Invoices are issued on a 14-day billing cycle. All invoices
must be paid within ten days (10) of issue date.
If an account is delinquent beyond 28 days from its original
invoice date, a 5% penalty will be added for
each 14-day period of the delinquency thereafter. Should
it become necessary for collection, Data Center Enhancements
Inc. shall be entitled to the collection of reasonable legal
fees in the event the services of
an attorney or collection agency.
Client agrees to pay any additional State and Federal taxes
not explicitly covered by the consulting contract.
